This is the Industrial Art piece that resides in the same place where many of the mills were. It was placed here to pay homage to the many people who lost their jobs and to the many businesses that were lost during the great depression. New Castle was always an industry town. It never had very successful agriculture or any other means of business.  Since the collapse of Industry the town has struggled to try to find another way to be prosperous.
